I specialise in drafting and negotiating contracts for software development and IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and XaaS deals.
Before retraining as a lawyer, I worked as a technology consultant in IBM's global services business where I designed service management for everything from quick implementation projects to multi-year, international outsourcing agreements.
I love dead languages. I did a degree in Classics and wrote my first program in QBasic on MS-DOS. My Latin is rusty, but I'm still a tech enthusiast. I've worked as a developer and IT Technician, and am very gradually becoming a better photographer.
